Neos : Operational command management from intake to field execution
A business-focused platform that centralizes the full command/intervention lifecycle: creation, status tracking, detailed case handling, collaboration, and day-to-day operational flows through a fast and clear interface.
The challenge
Operations and support teams handle high volumes of interventions with fragmented information (statuses, comments, partners, appointments, documents, photos). The key challenge was to deliver a single, readable, high-performance workspace to monitor all commands in real time, jump instantly from list to case detail, improve collaboration across business roles, and reduce operational processing time.
Our solution
Neos provides a unified experience through two complementary views: a list view for operational steering (filtering, search, pagination, prioritization), and a detail view for end-to-end case handling (key data, timeline, comments, statuses, related actions).
From a technical perspective, the project follows a hexagonal architecture (Domain / Application / Infrastructure / UI), using dedicated use cases, input/output ports, repository adapters, and reusable UI components.
